Refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded. If the file is corrupted or not as described, we will replace it immediately at no cost.
If delivered work does not meet agreed requirements, we offer unlimited free revisions within 7 days. If unresolved, a full refund is issued.
Monthly subscription refunds are available within 7 days if you have not downloaded any materials.
